We are pleased by the enthusiastic response to the invitation in our last Newsletter, to our plans for a supporters’ trip over the coming 12 months. Is this something that you would be interested in? We’ll be writing shortly to all respondants… it is not too late to express your interest. Supporters’ visit: Would you like to see our work in action?
We are preparing plans to take a small group of supporters out to Malawi to meet our team and see the work taking place on the ground, work that is being delivered by your funding. This would include visits to projects in the community including Chalizya Primary School, St Andrew’s Hospital, and Roots of Hope communities. It is likely to be a 7-12 day trip and include some R&R time to enjoy beautiful Malawi. All transport, accommodation and food will be organised, although flights may be self-booked.
The visit will have to be self-funded and could cost in the region of £2,000 – £2,500 per person (including return flights out of London).
We are currently looking at an itinerary and fleshing out the plans, and invite expressions of interest from anyone who might wish to join us. It will be a limited-place trip. If you might be interested in coming please complete the form below and well circulate more details in due course.
